Roulette rules & strategies for Canadian players
Canada casino guide and strategy
The game is to predict where the ball-the dealer has set in motion-will be placed down when the wheel and Ball are no longer in motion. A wide range of possibilities can be played, and the different outcomes naturally also result in different payments depending on the severity.

The money will be placed on the table, in the field or fields in which you want to play.
There is a difference between the European roulette and the American one. With the European ball of 37 fields, the ball can land in and with the American Ball there are 38 fields.

What's the bet?

- and how much does it pay? (European system))
Single bet: is where you play one of the 36 numbers that can be played. At this scenario, you get 35 to 1 times again.

Split: playing here on two different numbers that border each other on the board where you can play. Either horizontal or vertical, you can position your bet. For example, you can play 8-9 or 14-17. The chip is placed between the two numbers. At this senarie, you get 17 to 1 times again.

Street: played on 3 adjacent numbers in a horizontal line, the chip is placed on the edge of the line either to the right or to the left. At this senarie, you get 11 to 1 times again.

You play 4 numbers in a square layout. The chip is placed so that it hits all adjacent lines in between the 4 numbers. Like 11-12-14-15. In this scenario, it's 8 to 1 times again.

Double street: playing in 2 x 3 fields that border horizontally and vertically you can place your bet. The chip is placed at the corresponding intersection it creates. In this scenario, it returns 5 to 1 times.

  • 1: 18: playing numbers 1 to 18. At that scenario, you get 1 to 1 times again.
  • 19: 36: playing numbers 19-36. At that scenario, you get 1 to 1 times again.
  • Odd: playing the odd numbers. At that scenario, you get 1 to 1 times again.
  • Even: playing the even numbers. At that scenario, you get 1 to 1 times again.
  • 1st dozen: the first 12 numbers are played, i.e. 1-12. At that senarie, you get 2 to 1 times again.
  • 2st dozen: play on the next 12 numbers in order, i.e. 13-24. At that senarie, you get 2 to 1 times again.
  • 3st dozen: the next 12 numbers are played in order, 25-36. At that senarie, you get 2 to 1 times again.
Distribution of numbers and colours

The colors are not spread evenly on red and black, there is no system in it to make the game more unpredictable. That is. that it is a good game where knowledge cannot help you find the outcome of the end result. There are ten of the 18 red numbers that are odd. There are ten of the 18 black numbers that are straight.

Why is there a green number 0?
There's a number 0 with a green color. Here, the players lose only half of the largest amount they've placed.(the Danish rules). That is, a player with 1,000 kroner on 36 and a loser will get 500 "back", which means the person will only lose 500 instead of 1000.

Is there a maximum amount / minimum amount?
There are limits on the minimum and maximum amounts in the various sites and casinos. They're designed to protect the players, as well as the casino for extremely large sums of money.

The amount also depends on the number you want to play, you can drop more amount red than number 18.

Can several people play the same number?
There's plenty of people to play on the same numbers, there's just a clear line for whose chip is if.

A screen with lots of red and black numbers, what does that mean?
You can see the last many laps, what the outcome has been, whether it's been red, black or green. And what number it's been.

How long can you wait to drop your bet?
That's for the dealer to decide how much time you have. But it's not natural to throw just before the ball and the wheel hold still.
